Refund and Returns Policy for APEX ELD INC
If the user is not happy with the service or product, you can request a refund within 2 weeks. Follow these guidelines when returning a product-:
1.Call or Email us that you are not happy with the Product and want a Refund.
1.Pack the Hardware properly and ship it back to us.
3.Refunds are offered for online payments after confirming the request.
4.Damage at the time of transit is not our responsibility.
5.Once we receive the returned product and it meets the guidelines, you will receive the refund. It may take a 3-5 business days to offer a refund. Notification is offered on time.
